How quickly will you respond?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day. For booking requests, you'll receive an immediate confirmation followed by a pre-session questionnaire to help us prepare for our conversation.
What should I include in my message?
The more context you provide, the more helpful our response can be. Consider including: your industry, current revenue range, what challenge you're trying to solve, and what you've already tried. But don't overthink it — a simple 'I'm interested in X' is perfectly fine too.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
Yes. While we're based in Hudson Valley, New York, we work with clients throughout the US and internationally. Video calls and asynchronous communication make geography largely irrelevant for the type of strategic work we do.
I'm not ready for consulting — can I still reach out?
