Why I Do This Differently
I started as a digital marketer, helping businesses grow through various channels—SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing. Over the years, I noticed a troubling pattern: businesses were implementing “solutions” that didn't actually solve their real problems. They were treating symptoms instead of causes.
A MedSpa would invest $50,000 in advertising when the real issue was their booking process losing 70% of interested prospects. The pattern was clear: businesses were spending money and effort on the wrong things because they didn't know how to identify what was actually holding them back. Then I discovered Theory of Constraints—the work of Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt that revolutionized manufacturing and operations management. The core insight was simple but profound: every system has exactly ONE constraint that limits its output. Fix that constraint, and the entire system improves. Fix anything else, and you've just wasted resources.
Combined with systematic Root Cause Analysis techniques, this framework changed how I approached every client engagement. Instead of selling services, I started diagnosing problems. Instead of implementing trendy solutions, I started identifying specific constraints. Instead of hoping for results, I started measuring actual revenue impact.
Working with mastermind colleagues and refining the approach through hundreds of client engagements, I developed the Taktikoi Framework—a systematic 13-step process for identifying hidden constraints and building AI-powered solutions to eliminate them permanently.
